Regular physicals vary slightly depending on the doctor, however, all physicals include an eye exam, hearing exam, measurements, and a body exam. Before scheduling your physical, make sure to check with your insurance company to make sure your visit will be covered. Certain exams, such as hearing and eye, may not be covered by your insurance. If insurance does not cover the visit, the patient is responsible for all charges.
For sport physicals, please remember to bring paperwork from school on the date of your appointment. We do not keep copies of paperwork from your child’s school.
Immunizations are offered as part of our pediatric services. Hep B, Pentacel, Rota Teq, Prevnar, MMR, Hep A, Varivax, Dtap, Hib, Varicella, Kinrix, Menactra, and Gardasil series are readily available.
